Cancellation/ Refund Policy

NATHE PUBLICATION PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will not be considered for orders received, consumers can only modify their orders only once. Orders once placed cannot be canceled.

2. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you should Contact our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Return/ Refund Policy

1. We accept return requests only if the product delivered by us is in damaged condition or the wrong product was sent. Buyers will have 7 days after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return.

If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return will not be applicable.

2. Refunds against the order will be initiated within 7-10 working days by deducting the convenience fee (if any).

3. If the payment was made through our payment gateway or COD orders then it will be refunded only to the buyer’s bank account. Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
